02 / Studio 2 (Daylight)

General Terms and Conditions
- Included: Heating and electricity costs are already included in all rental prices.
- Film Locations: For all studios used as film locations, prices are by arrangement only.
- Weekend/Holiday: Sunday/public holiday surcharge: 15% surcharge on base rent.
- Night surcharge: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM: 50% surcharge on base rent.
- Equipment: Lighting equipment, props, etc. can be booked additionally. For 8-hour bookings, lights are often included. Set construction overnight requires the 12-hour rate.
- Discount: Upon presentation of proof (e.g., student ID), a discount of up to 30% is possible.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations up to 3 days before the rental start, we charge 50% of the rental price.
- For cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) before the rental start, we charge 100% of the rental price.
Liability & Damages
In the event of damage caused to the rented equipment or studio, a contact person from WE Studio must be notified immediately. Damages caused by the renter must be compensated. WE Studio is not liable for damage or loss of brought-in equipment.
